Installed in minutes in using your Tag Manager or adding just one line of code to your web or apps, we model all the data being sent to third parties. Since Trackingplan understands what each piece of data means, it identifies patterns, detects anomalies, and automatically connects the dots to create value from data that was hidden in plain sight: - An always up-to-date single source of truth and data governance tool. To discover, understand and document your data and improve communication across teams. - Automated notifications when something breaks or changes. To make sure that integrations are always well implemented: Schema errors, traffic anomalies, rogue events... - Easy to understand, customizable, cross-service alerts. What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build a product that automatically discovers and monitors all the data your applications and websites send to third parties like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Hubspot. Our system models the data streams, understands the meaning behind each data point, detects anomalies and schema errors, and alerts users when integrations break or change. Essentially, we provide an always up-to-date single source of truth and proactive data governance, helping teams trust their analytics without complex engineering overhead.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live mainly in Barcelona and Connecticut; the company is globally distributed including remote team members. After YC, we plan to remain distributed but maintain Barcelona and Connecticut as primary hubs.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We chose Barcelona and Connecticut because that's where the founding team is based, and it fits well with a remote-friendly setup to attract talent globally. Keeping multiple locations helps us stay close to early customers and team members.
