We ran this bake-off by hand for four years at Hupo, shipping production voice for Morgan Stanley, Prudential, HSBC, and Grab.

We're building Speko: an API that routes your voice workflows - speech-to-text, LLM, text-to-speech - through the best model for your language and use case, based on real benchmarks. We keep track of every new speech model as it ships, evaluate accuracy and performance at benchmarks.speko.ai, and re-route calls when something better comes along. You only need to integrate once. This lets product teams ship better voice AI without having to constantly re-integrate or guess which models are actually tops.

We're based in San Francisco, CA, and that's where the company will stay after YC.
