Siasto was started by the founders of Taskforce ( who's previous experience in task management led them to building Siasto. Siasto is backed by YCombinator and other angel investors.

We are building a collaboration and project management tool that integrates directly into Google Apps, including Gmail, Drive, and Calendar, as well as Box and Dropbox. It lets teams keep tasks, events, projects, and files together, and users can create tasks and documents straight from their inbox. Our goal is to make managing work inside Google Apps easier for SMBs and enterprises.
We live in San Francisco and the company is based here.
We live in San Francisco because it's the center of the tech ecosystem and where a lot of our target customers and partners are. Staying here keeps us close to resources and potential users.
