We build tablet-based short customer feedback surveys designed to be deployed on iPads mounted inside retail and service businesses. Our product collects much more feedback than traditional methods and delivers real-time insights and actionable recommendations to help businesses improve their customer experience.
We live and work in Cupertino, CA, and plan to keep the company based here after YC.
Cupertino is where both founders are located and where there is easy access to customers and technology resources. Being here lets us iterate on the product quickly and maintain close customer relationships.
