We built a fully-managed GPU-accelerated Spark service that runs SQL and Spark workloads twice as fast and at half the cost of alternatives like Databricks and BigQuery. It's fully compatible with Spark, works across cloud providers, and lets users run heavy queries serverlessly without moving their data or locking into a vendor.
We live in New York, NY and plan to keep the company based here after YC, operating remotely as needed.
We picked New York because it's where Win Wang is based and where she has access to early users in enterprise analytics. Remote work enables flexibility, but this is home base.
