We built Open, an AI-powered customer support platform that automates and handles complex cases across email, web, phone, SMS, and WhatsApp. Our product helps enterprises manage support faster and more efficiently by using conversational AI tailored to their workflows.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in San Francisco, CA, and the company will remain based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is a hub for AI research and enterprise SaaS, giving us access to talent and customers. It's where we've built the team and product so far, so it makes sense to stay here.
