NetBeez is a Digital Experience Monitoring platform that helps IT teams support remote users by troubleshooting communication and network performance issues from the user's perspective. Our product deploys agents that continuously test network quality where users are, catching problems before users call IT support.
We are based in Pittsburgh, PA, with a remote team. After YC, we plan to keep Pittsburgh as our main base while maintaining our remote setup.
Pittsburgh is where the founding team lives and where we've built the core product. We believe staying here leverages our local network and keeps our small team productive while remaining flexible with remote work.
