Moss runs natively across browsers, mobile devices, and servers with an optimized vector index built in Rust and WebAssembly. We're building Moss, a semantic search runtime that runs in sub-10 ms for conversational and multimodal AI. It powers voice agents, chatbots, and copilots by handling retrieval locally to eliminate network delays that kill responsiveness. Our product runs across browsers, mobile, and servers using a fast vector index built in Rust and WebAssembly, enabling AI interactions that feel instant and natural rather than laggy.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA and plan to keep the company based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco has the right technical talent and developer ecosystem for building developer tools and AI infrastructure like Moss. Being here keeps us close to early customers and talent.
