We built Middleware to unify all cloud observability data - metrics, logs, traces, and events - into a single timeline. Our platform uses AI for anomaly detection and GPT-4 for suggesting error resolutions, helping dev and ops teams debug faster and understand their infrastructure better at scale. It supports Kubernetes monitoring, synthetic checks, real user monitoring, and provides customizable dashboards and alerts.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We're based in San Francisco, CA and will continue to be based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where we have access to top engineering talent and proximity to many potential customers in B2B infrastructure SaaS. Staying here keeps us close to the ecosystem Middleware operates in.
