Novel long-read DNA sequencing technology
We built a platform that turns standard short-read DNA sequencers into long-read sequencing machines. Our technology reconstructs long DNA strands from short-read data, enabling researchers and clinicians to get detailed genomic information without needing expensive long-read sequencers.
We live and work in San Jose, CA, and plan to keep the company based here after YC.
San Jose puts us close to DNA sequencing hardware manufacturers and biotech researchers. Being here helps us stay connected to our early users and the ecosystem we target.
