We do this by unlocking the power of shared appreciation to create down payment programs tailored to the needs of each institution, improving recruitment and retention of key talent. Unlike other programs, shared appreciation is mutually beneficial to funders and buyers, creating a self-renewing pool of capital that recycles as homebuyers exit the program.

We build a platform that helps employers offer shared appreciation down payment assistance programs for their employees. Our system structures funding so it recycles as homeowners exit the program, creating a sustainable pool of capital. This helps employers improve recruitment and retention by increasing access to homeownership tailored to their workforce.
We live in San Francisco and operate remotely; after YC we'd remain based here.
San Francisco is where we've built our network and product so far; it's also a hub for both fintech and proptech, which directly aligns with our business.
