We build an AI platform that lets technical companies create AI support and onboarding bots using their existing docs, tutorials, chat logs, and GitHub issues. These AI assistants answer developer questions automatically and integrate via widgets, Slack/Discord bots, APIs, or Zendesk to help reduce support load and improve developer experience.

We live and work fully remote, and the company will remain remote after YC.

Our users and team are distributed globally. Being fully remote lets us hire top technical talent and work efficiently without relocating.
