What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a patient community platform that aggregates health data, offers health management and support, and connects life science companies and researchers directly with patients. Our marketplace matches patients willing to contribute their data and biospecimens to research needs like clinical trial recruitment and real-world data collection.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live between San Francisco, LA, and Nigeria. After YC, we plan to base the company primarily in San Francisco to be close to investors and biotech hubs, while maintaining team presence in LA and Nigeria where we have strong patient community ties.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Our team is distributed across these locations because they connect us to the patient populations and research partners we serve. Being in San Francisco after YC gives us the best chance to scale, raise funding, and access strategic partners.
