What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a site where users submit singles and vote on them like Digg. The homepage shows popular and recent songs the iJigg community is "jigging." Users can rate tracks, embed them on MySpace, and find others with similar tastes. It's a social way to discover music through community voting rather than algorithmic recommendation.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA and plan to base the company here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where we live now and is the center of startup activity and early adopters for music and social tech. It's the right place to build a social music community and network with artists and fans.
