We make an app that helps managers run their 1:1s, team meetings, and OKRs all in one place. It ties meeting agendas and notes directly to the goals their teams need to hit, making meetings more effective and aligned.
We live in Toronto, Canada with a remote team. After YC, we'd be based wherever it makes the most sense to grow the company, including potentially remote or in the Bay Area.
Toronto is our home, and our team is remote, which lets us hire talent without geographic constraints. We want to stay flexible and global while also tapping into YC's Bay Area network during the program.
