We built Great Question to automate customer research workflows. It handles recruiting participants, scheduling interviews, sending surveys or prototype tests, and organizes insights for product, design, and marketing teams. Our tool reduces the manual burden of research so teams can focus on decisions, not logistics.
We live in Oakland, CA, and the company is based there and operates remotely.
Being based in Oakland gives us access to the Bay Area tech ecosystem and talent, while running a remote-friendly model lets us work flexibly and access a wide pool of customers and employees.
