We are building a wearable that automatically tracks your strength training sessions using heart rate and motion sensors. Unlike typical fitness trackers, Fort measures strength workouts without requiring manual input for reps or sets. It then gives actionable feedback on fatigue and progress to help users improve longevity through smarter training.
We live in San Francisco, CA, and Fort will be based here after YC as well.
