What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built an AI platform that connects with support channels and release notes to automatically maintain customer-facing knowledge bases. It suggests new articles, updates existing ones, detects duplicates, and merges them. Our product helps support teams keep their documentation current without manual effort.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The company is currently based here and will remain remote after YC as well.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We picked Vancouver because both Sophie and Ali are here, and the team is remote, which suits us well. Staying remote after YC lets us work closely with customers and candidates worldwide without relocating.
