We buy the home upfront with all cash, then let the user rent with a portion of their payments building toward ownership. They control when to complete the purchase, combining flexibility and ownership.
We're based in San Francisco, CA, with a remote team spread elsewhere. After YC, we'll keep SF as the main base.
