What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We're building AI agents that run small businesses. Our product automates operational and knowledge work for industries like law, healthcare, and real estate - tasks that were too complex or uneconomical for existing software. Companies hire Async agents to do work that was previously impossible to outsource or automate. We capture spend that didn't exist before because the alternatives were too expensive.

We live in New York City, NY, USA, and the company will be based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We are building for US small businesses and New York has a high density of potential users in the industries we're targeting.
