Trade is a platform that connects buyers, sellers, and transporters of commodities in Ghana. Trade allows buyers and sellers in Ghana to trade directly, cutting out the middlemen. You pick your quantity, grade, and price and they look for sellers to match you with. They weigh and grade every bag that they trade, deliver directly to you, and will take back any bag you reject, so you can buy without worrying.

We're building Africa's Commodity Exchange.

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We have a platform that connects buyers, sellers, and transporters of commodities in Ghana. Buyers choose quantity, grade, and price, and we match them with sellers. Every bag is weighed and graded, delivered directly, and if buyers reject any bag, we take it back. This lets buyers trust the system and trade without going through middlemen.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Broken Arrow, OK, and the company is based here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Our team is based in Broken Arrow, OK, but our market and users are in Ghana. We operate remotely to serve the local commodity trading ecosystem.
