Instead of relying on old tests or interviews, Saffron gives full visibility into a candidate's workflow as they build, debug, and ship real features with AI assistance in a real codebase.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We're all based in San Francisco now and would continue to operate here after YC.

San Francisco is where our network, potential customers, and engineering talent are concentrated, making it the best place to build Saffron.
