What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build integrated indoor farms installed directly inside restaurants. Our system grows fresh produce onsite, delivering food with 50% more nutrition and flavor. This lets restaurants serve healthier food while improving customer health and lifespan.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, and the company is based here after YC as well.

San Francisco has a strong food tech community and access to early restaurant partners. Being here helps us iterate quickly and connect with the right buyers and suppliers.
