We built Mendral to be an AI DevOps Engineer that autonomously observes, diagnoses, acts, and learns from the software delivery pipeline. It handles CI failures, flaky tests, slow builds, broken releases, and code reviews without manual intervention. Over time, it evolves by continuously improving performance, quality, security, and compliance across builds and runs.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, and Mendral will be based here after YC as well.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where we live and where most of our initial customers and DevOps users are located. It's also a hub for engineering talent and software startups, which fits what we're building.
