We built Karmen to create baseline construction schedules automatically from project documents. The AI updates these schedules as projects change, cutting down the manual work and delays project managers usually face.

We live in San Francisco, CA, and plan to keep the company based there after YC.

San Francisco is where we live and have access to AI talent and early users in construction tech. Staying here lets us build close ties and stay agile.
