We are building Instant, a backend platform tailored for AI-coded applications. It provides authentication, permissions, storage, real-time presence, and streams - all the core backend features app builders need to launch faster and ship better user experiences for apps powered by AI.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently live and work in San Francisco, CA, and the company will remain based here after YC.

San Francisco is where we are rooted as a team and is the center of developer and AI innovation that our product serves. Staying here lets us stay close to our users, investors, and the tech community.
