Our mission To put an end to the monthly nightmare associated with accounting in SMB. Thanks to Hellobill, our users refocus on what’s important: their business. How does it work? 1. Download the Hellobill desktop app 2. Log in to all your online providers’ accounts once & for all 3. Click on “Fetch my bills” and that's it! All your online bills are automatically downloaded and sorted every month. Your PDF bills are then sorted by month in your Dropbox. You can share them easily with your accountant. Think of services such as Amazon, Uber, AWS, Github, OVH, your bank and your phone & internet providers. Security is at the core of our product: using a desktop app allows us to never store our users’ credentials on our servers. We don't have access to your credentials as they are not stored on our side. They sit on your local keychain.

Hellobill is a desktop app that automatically downloads and organizes your PDF bills from all your online providers. After logging in once, users can fetch bills from services like Uber, Amazon, AWS, Google Apps, Facebook Ads, utilities, banks, and more. The bills are sorted by month in Dropbox, ready to share with accountants.
We do not have a fixed location currently, and after YC we will base Hellobill wherever it makes the most sense for the company and the team.
We are currently location independent because both of us prioritize building the product and talking to users over a fixed office. After YC, we will decide based on where we find the best support and talent.
