Haven is building AI Agents to automate property management operations. Our first Agent is automating the maintenance coordination process. This means answering the phone when tenants have a maintenance issue, diagnosing the issue, dispatching a technician, and then following up with tenants to make sure the issue is resolved.

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build AI Agents that handle property management tasks. Our first product automates maintenance coordination: answering tenant calls about maintenance issues, diagnosing problems, dispatching technicians, and following up to confirm resolution. This replaces manual back-and-forth for property managers and keeps tenants satisfied without human intervention.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in New York City, NY, and plan to keep the company based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Being in NYC puts us close to many property management companies and real estate customers who use or will use Haven's product. It lets us get direct feedback from users and understand the real pain of property maintenance workflows.
