What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build a benefits and engagement platform where employees can choose benefits that fit them personally. Managers get tools to engage hybrid teams without bogging down with compliance and admin. Essentially, it's benefits for the modern workforce, with flexibility and simplicity for HR.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in London, England, and the company is based here. We would keep it based in London after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We are rooted in London because that's where our team and core customers are. The UK market and culture define our product's structure and compliance landscape. Moving would disconnect us from that ecosystem.
