We built Hackermeter to automate hiring tech talent by replacing traditional resume screening with coding challenges. Our platform lets recruiters send candidates real code tests that measure skills directly, rather than relying on resumes or interviews alone.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA, and plan to keep Hackermeter based here after YC.

San Francisco is where our team is and where tech recruiters and startups that use our service are located. Staying here lets us build close ties to our customers and grow efficiently.
