We build AI employees for home and commercial appliance repair companies. Bernard handles customer communication, scheduling, and dispatch over phone, text, email, and warranty feeds. Our core is Pre-ID, which uses appliance data, repair history, similar visits, manufacturer guidance, and parts info to pre-diagnose jobs, recommend parts, and prep techs so they arrive ready to fix issues on the first visit. We want every appliance servicer to run as efficiently as possible.
