Ce que fait Voxli

Voxli offers browser-based group voice chat for gamers and teams. Users of Voxli can voice chat with up to 200 people at a time without leaving the browser or setting up a voice server. Each group voice chat exists at a persistent URL, which can be shared with friends via email or IM. Voxli works on Windows and Mac, and supports push-to-talk (walkie talkie) functionality outside of the browser. Voxli is currently free while it is in open beta.

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a voice chat application that runs entirely in the browser, allowing gamers and teams to talk in groups of up to 200 people without installing software or running servers. Each chat lives at a persistent URL that users share with friends, and the app works on both Windows and Mac. We also support push-to-talk outside the browser for convenience.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in California now, and plan to base the company in California after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We live in California and want to stay here because it's where our network and early users are. YC is also based here and can help us connect with resources locally.
