What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a wine e-commerce marketplace that uses a gamified 'upgrade' model instead of discounts. Customers buy wines but have the chance to get better bottles for the same price. Sellers use us to move inventory quickly without damaging their brand's value.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, and the company is based here. We plan to remain in SF after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is the core wine tech and e-commerce hub. Being close to our users, suppliers, and investors is critical for early traction and feedback.
