What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a product that helps people with chronic insomnia by addressing the psychological root causes of their sleep problems, like unresolved anxiety. Instead of generic advice like "cut coffee," we use targeted psychology-based methods to help users break the insomnia cycle and get sustainable better sleep.

We live in Boston, MA, and the company will remain based here after YC.

Boston is home to our team and close to a strong healthcare and psychology ecosystem, which is important for our product development and user feedback.
