We are building an AI-first applicant tracking system (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platform tailored for executive search and professional recruiting firms. Stardex automates repetitive tasks in the search process and enables better collaboration with clients to speed up hiring high-level talent. It focuses on helping recruiters save time on data entry and spend it on relationships and client delivery.

We live in San Francisco, CA, USA, and after YC the company would remain based here.

San Francisco is where we both live and work, and it's a major hub for both tech and recruiting. Staying here keeps us close to early users and potential customers in executive search, as well as the YC network.
