It's used by teams, SMBs, and enterprises to keep all their tasks, events, projects, and files in the same place. It allows users to create tasks, events, and documents all from the inbox. Siasto was started by the founders of Taskforce ( who's previous experience in task management led them to building Siasto. Siasto is backed by YCombinator and other angel investors.

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We are building a collaboration and project management tool that integrates directly into Google Apps, including Gmail, Drive, and Calendar, as well as Box and Dropbox. It lets teams keep tasks, events, projects, and files together, and users can create tasks and documents straight from their inbox. Our goal is to make managing work inside Google Apps easier for SMBs and enterprises.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco and the company is based here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We live in San Francisco because it's the center of the tech ecosystem and where a lot of our target customers and partners are. Staying here keeps us close to resources and potential users.
