It replaces internal forms and gives teams a single system of record for engineering requests, from tooling access to platform incidents to dev-infra workflows. The goal is to reduce operational drag across engineering and product teams.

We currently live in San Francisco, CA, and the company would stay based here after YC.

San Francisco is where we all live and it's the heart of engineering-driven startups. Staying here keeps us close to many early customers and partner ecosystems.
