Pennant is a platform for institutional investors, public companies, and their advisors to access voting and governance intelligence at scale. We help firms analyze, decide, and act in line with their governance principles on proxy voting and related issues. Our product brings together our experience as proxy voters with new AI models to make sense of the enormous complexity, fast. We want investors to make smarter decisions in real time, not just tick boxes.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We're both in New York City, and so is the company. After YC, the company will remain in New York.

Explain your decision regarding location.

New York is the global hub for institutional investors and the asset managers we serve. Our users are here, and we want to be close to their problems and workflows.
