We built an AI-native platform for real estate services aimed at institutional and middle-market property owners and investors. Our product automates investment sales brokerage - prospecting sellers, underwriting deals, producing marketing materials, negotiating contracts, and managing back-office work. For property management, it handles tenant and vendor communications, leasing workflows, rent collection, and accounting. Our AI centralizes services that are usually local and labor-intensive, cutting costs and increasing scale.

We live in Los Angeles, CA and plan to keep the company based here after YC.
