Our product is a vertically integrated AI care manager that supports clinical, behavioral, and social needs like housing and transportation, which are critical to health but often overlooked. The system helps care teams coordinate and manage these overlapping factors for each patient.
We live in San Francisco, CA and plan to keep the company based here with a remote-friendly model.
San Francisco gives us access to AI talent and healthcare innovation. Remote work lets us tap expertise nationwide, which is critical for scaling a complex healthcare service focused on low-income populations.
