We build AI tools that help home service field technicians diagnose issues more accurately and recognize sales opportunities they'd otherwise miss. Our AI guides them step-by-step through diagnosing problems and capturing customer needs on site, so they don't have to be experts in all areas or juggle multiple tasks under pressure.

We live in San Francisco, CA and the company will remain based here after YC.
