We built a platform that lets any doctor deliver daily lifestyle medicine care to their patients between appointments. It helps clinicians monitor and guide patients with actionable insights - like identifying which foods trigger symptoms such as hot flashes - and patients see real improvement in weeks. This also creates recurring revenue for providers.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in San Francisco, CA, and would continue to be based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco has the right healthcare and tech ecosystem, plus access to clinicians and patients for feedback. It's also close to investors and partners in digital health.
