Open source is key to our enterprise sales strategy. Mito is open source and built on top of Jupyter. We're building an AI-enabled IDE called Mito that is like a cursor for data science. It lets data analysts automate reports and workflows without needing to wait for engineering help. Our product is an open source project built on top of Jupyter, which makes it easy for users to get started by just running `pip install`. It helps business analysts, data scientists, and automation engineers 10x their productivity when working with data.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work primarily in New York, NY, and our team is remote. After YC, the company will continue to be based out of New York with remote contributors.

Explain your decision regarding location.

New York is where all three founders live, and it positions us close to some of our early enterprise users in banking, private equity, and consulting. Remote work lets us be flexible while maintaining this connection.
