Markupwand takes PSD design files and converts them into HTML and CSS automatically. It asks backend developers a few simple questions to generate view templates, cutting down manual coding time when implementing a design.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and the company is based here before and after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We're based in Bengaluru because the founders live here and this is where we built the product and first users. There's local engineering talent here, and it keeps operating costs manageable.
