Each model learns from the company’s proprietary transactions, payments, clicks, and customer interactions to predict credit, fraud, collections, income, churn, and lifetime value; and runs inside the company’s cloud, so its data and intelligence remain under its control. Lyon is already working with a major insurer and trained a model on 28B transactions for a fintech serving tens of millions of active users, identifying premium-card converters 4x more precisely than its existing rules; the model is now being deployed for credit.

Lyon trains LLMs on each company's own data - transactions, payments, clicks, support logs - to predict risk, fraud, collections, income, churn, LTV, and more. Our models run inside the customer's cloud, so data and intelligence never leave their control. We're already working with a major insurer and have trained on 28B transactions for a fintech with tens of millions of users, finding high-value behaviors their rules missed.
We live in San Francisco, CA, and the company would remain based here after YC.
San Francisco is where most of our early customers, data science/network, and investors are. Enterprise ML talent is easier to recruit here and customers expect in-person meetings for these deals.
