What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We provide small loans to micro-merchants and individuals in the informal economy in Latin America. Our product is a lending platform powered by a proprietary AI risk model that evaluates over 250 variables from a user's smartphone and credit bureau data to approve credit quickly and reliably.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Lima and the company is based in Lima and remote locations. After YC we plan to remain largely remote but keep our core operations in Lima.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We are based in Lima because that's where the largest emerging economy segment we serve is located. Our users are micro-merchants and informal workers in Latam, and operating locally is key to understanding and reaching this market.
