We replace manual, disconnected processes with a single system built specifically for how kitchens actually run.

We live in New York City, NY, USA, and the company will remain based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

New York City is the center of the US restaurant industry and gives us close access to early customers and pilot kitchens. We want to stay close to the operators using Marble day-to-day.
