What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a rent-to-own real estate financing platform targeting buyers in Southeast Asia. Our product offers an alternative to the region's typical high-interest mortgages by allowing users to progressively pay towards ownership without the rigid terms or rates over 12%. It's technology-driven but designed to address the real struggles of homebuyers locked out by traditional mortgage options.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and plan to base the company there after YC as well.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Ho Chi Minh City is a key market for our product given large demand for alternative home financing and the lack of existing options. Being onsite lets us understand user pain points and navigate local regulations directly.
