What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a service that lets older adults request rides, meals, medication deliveries, groceries, and home maintenance simply by calling a phone number. Our system connects those requests to screened providers and monitors every order, aiming for over 99% reliability. No smartphone or app is needed, which is crucial for seniors who don't use technology.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco and plan to keep the company based here after YC, with a mix of remote team members as well.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco has the talent pool and proximity to partners critical for growing a service business with tech components. The local startup ecosystem and remote flexibility let us scale while staying close to key resources.
