Brazilians hate the experience of using the traditional mobile carriers. They force you to pay for data packages you don’t need and make it impossible to switch your plans. Fluke offers a better customer experience and that’s why we have a CAC that is 50% lower and an LTV that’s 30% higher than traditional carriers. What’s smart about our approach is we rent infrastructure from these incumbents and build a better customer experience on top of it. This keeps our costs lows and lets us focus on what really matters: the customer experience! We have the best network and customers are switching to us because of the service and flexibility to build their own customized mobile plans. We are doing in telco what Nubank did in banking in Brazil. We are Fluke, thank you!

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a full-digital mobile operator that rents infrastructure from Brazil's traditional carriers and offers customers a much better experience. Users can create customized mobile plans without paying for data they don't need or being locked into rigid packages. Our product focuses entirely on flexibility and user control, cutting acquisition costs by half and increasing customer lifetime value significantly compared to incumbents.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in São Carlos, SP, Brazil, and the company is based here and would stay here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

São Carlos is home for all three founders and central to our operations. Staying here keeps the team focused and connected to our early users in Brazil's mobile market, where the problem we solve is very real.
